You may print out the online form and mail it in if paying by check.

Early registration rates are available through February 13, 2026.

The meeting format will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual. You can choose to attend in-person in Denver or virtually from your home or office.  Both types of attendees will have access to the live sessions, as well as the recorded sessions on-demand following the meeting. 

**If you wish to change your registration type (i.e. In-Person to Virtual), please contact Jenny Patterson at jenny@societyhq.com.  The deadline to change your registration type is March 6, 2026.

NOTE: We will not accept registrations after the completion of the meeting program on March 15, 2026. All attendees, whether viewing the sessions in-person or virtually, will have 90 days after the conclusion of the live meeting to complete the online evaluation and claim your CME credits. Questions?
